This looks amazing, and I will definitely be adding this to my menu this year! My favorite dish to make is my classic homemade stuffing—it’s always a crowd-pleaser. But now, I might have to save room for your pumpkin cheesecake too! 🍂

Green bean casserole… with a twist!
-
2 (14.5 ounce) cans of green beans, drained
-
1 (10.5 ounce) can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
-
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
-
1 (6-ounce) can French fried onions
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
-
Mix green beans and condensed soup in a large microwave-safe bowl until well combined. Microwave on high until warm, 3 to 5 minutes.
-
Stir 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese into the green bean mixture. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes.
-
Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread it evenly over the bottom. Sprinkle the remaining Cheddar over the top, then sprinkle with the French-fried onions.
-
Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and the onions just turn brown, about 10 minutes.

I like to mix things up on Thanksgiving and try new dishes. One of my favorites is roasted brussel sprouts with lemon mustard sauce. So good!
